♪ This is Halloween! This is Halloween!

Happy Halloween, everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, it's already Halloween! That' so crazy. I seriously love Halloween so much, it's such a fun holiday. Dressing up and eating candy corn, what else does a girl need??

I'm still not 100% sure what I'm going to dress up as. (Yep, procrastinating again. That's me!) I'm considering going as a leopard, and trying this makeup look below.

What do you think?

Also, what are you dressing up as for Halloween? Let me know in the comments!

We carved a pumpkin yesterday! I'm not totally thrilled with how it turned out (my pumpkin skills are seriously lacking), but I guess it's pretty cute. We decided to do a cat, which is always fun! Here's how it turned out -

I hope that you all have a safe, fun Halloween!!!!!!!

Dancing With The Stars- Week 7!!

Tuesday, October 27, 2015

It's Halloween night!!!

Ahh, I absolutely love Halloween night on Dancing With The Stars! It's seriously so much fun, everyone really goes all out. Can't wait to see tonight's dances!

Leah is filling in for Erin again this week. Love Leah, but we also miss you, Erin!!!

The opening number was great, I seriously love all of the costumes!!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(none of these images are mine)
Nick and Sharna- They've had a crazy week this week, because Nick has been in New York for a Backstreet Boys event. They're doing an Argentine Tango, which isn't the easiest dance, and the shortened practice time isn't helping. Nick really wants a perfect score, so he's been working really hard. Let's see how he does!
That dance was really cool, but it didn't quite remind me of an Argentine tango. I don't know, maybe it was just me. Nick's makeup was insanely awesome though, and I love Sharna's contacts! They're so creepy! Nick also did a great job with character, so that was good. Halloween themes are so fun, and this was no exception! 24/30.
Hayes and Emma- Hayes was feeling a bit negative after his scores last week. It's a lot of pressure and he's only fifteen. Hayes said, "Emma is basically my best friend, and I really don't want to disappoint her." I just melted.
Oh my gosh, the music is the best remix I have ever heard. It's this super creepy version of Once Upon A Dream. WHOA!!! That was so awesome, and so creepy! I loved how it ended with Emma holding a knife behind her back! The dance was gorgeous, and the choreography was incredible. I'm in love with this dance. Perfect. Hayes, you have nothing to worry about! 26/30- Wish that it'd been even higher!!
Alexa and Mark- I felt so terrible for Alexa last week. She is a fabulous dancer, and she should have gotten higher scores this. I hope that she gets higher scores this week. I also wish that they showed her happier moments in the package, instead of all of the bad moments. That doesn't seem quite fair.
First off, Mark's costume is seriously the best thing ever. I'm obsessed with the Edward Scissorhands thing. It's amazing. That dance was really good! I was impressed. It was a total paso, with the essence and creativity of Tim Burton. Loved it!  27/30.
Tamar and Val- Tamar is feeling a lot more confident after last week's scores.  ....Oh my gosh. I can't believe that she just said that she feels she is the best dancer in the competition. I'm sorry, that's really rude, and I personally think it's disrespectful to everyone else in the competition.
The theme of the dance was fun, but the dance itself wasn't the best. There were some sloppy mistakes, and I agree with Julianne, there's still a disconnect between Tamar and Val. She had some synchronization issues as well.
OH MY GOSH I LOVE YOU SASHA FARBER!!!!! He came up in the middle of Tamar's interview and scared Leah to death. That was seriously the funniest thing ever, she flipped out! 24/30.
Andy and Allison- Andy is really excited this week to go from happy go lucky Singing In The Rain to dark vampires- that's definitely fun. I'm looking forward to seeing this!
Wow, that was amazing!!! There was so much intensity to that dance, I loved it! The choreography was fabulous. Bruno said that he lost some of the frame throughout the dance, but honestly I was so immersed in the dance that I didn't even notice. Carrie Ann said that she noticed the frame as well, but she thought that it added to the twisted nature of the dance. 26/30.
Bindi and Derek- Derek is trying to turn Bindi into this scary vampire, and so far it isn't working. She's not at all scary! I mean let's face it, Bindi is adorable. She tries to scare people and they just hug her! Bindi said that her favorite quote is, "Never confuse kindness with weakness." She's nice, but she's strong, and she wants to bring that strength to this dance.
I loved the hands coming out of the walls at the beginning of the dance! That was so cool. OH MY GOSH I LOVED THAT!! There was so much intensity and passion, and she nailed the choreography! It was a true Argentine tango, and I thought that her footwork was absolutely impeccable. Bruno said that it was an Argentine Tango, master class. Loved it!!! 30/30.
Oh my goodness, the compilation of Sasha's pranks was the absolute best thing ever. Allison fell over, Emma kept having to be bleeped out, and I'm pretty sure that Bindi is scarred for life. Lindsay and Alek's faces were the bestttttt.
Alek and Lindsay- "Good job, Alek!!" "Tell that to the judges.." I felt bad for Alek. There are definitely some thing he can improve upon, but he's a good dancer. Artem came in and helped them, which I think was good. I really like Alek, and I don't want him to go home anytime soon. Hopefully his scores are higher tonight.
Lindsay's entrance on the hoverboard-thingy was awesome! She literally looked like she was floating, it was great. Alex's expressions are really great tonight, so that's definitely good! I also think that he's definitely improving a lot. That looked very clean, and I thought that he did a really good job. 25/30- IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER
Carlos and Witney- Carlos and Witney are doing a Phantom of the Opera themed dance, and I'm super excited. I'm a huge theatre nerd, so I'm fangirling *just* a bit! He's having trouble learning how to use the cape, but I'm sure that he'll do well. Can't wait to see.
HE CAME OUT IN A BOAT OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHH. Fangirl attack.
OH MY GOSH I AM FREAKING OUT SO MUCH. THAT WAS SO GOOD!!!! They ended it with him looking in the mirror, which was perfect. The cape work was fabulous, too!! I'm super impressed. Bruno said that he got a bit off-balance, which I was disappointed to hear. I didn't notice that, I loved it!! I really wanted him to get a thirty haha. Julianne really liked it, though. 28/30.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Now, it's time for the team dances!!!

Oh my goodness, I can't wait for the team dances. When I saw the team lists, I got so excited. Team Who Ya Gonna Call is literally the perfect team, in my opinion! If you don't know already, the teams are-

Team Who Ya Gonna Call-
Derek and Bindi
Witney and Carlos
Mark and Alexa
Lindsay and Alek

Team Nightmare-
Val and Tamar
Sharna and Nick
Emma and Hayes
Allison and Andy

Can't wait to see these dances!!!!

The two team captains are Bindi and Nick. First up, Team Nightmare!

Team Nightmare- Team Nightmare really wants to win, because they want to beat Derek's team. They seem to be struggling to put the routine together though. Let's see how they do!
......As much as I hate to admit it, that was REALLY good. Like, really good. The choreography was insanely cool, and the group did a great job. Now I'm really nervous for the next team... 30/30.

     Team Who Ya Gonna Call- Haha, oh my gosh. Bindi cannot trash talk to save her life. "You're gonna...you're gonna do really good probably.." Oh burn.. xD I seriously can't get over how adorable she is. They're going to attempt to do a crazy lift at the end with Alexa, so I'm just praying that it goes off well..!
     ....They aren't going to get perfect scores. There was a mess-up at the beginning, I'm just so upset. I love that group so much, and they did such a great job. The energy was great, and I don't know how Carlos did that lift on wheels. I loved it, but they're going to score lower and I'm slightly depressed right now. 28/30.

Derek has officially lost his first team dance.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On that lovely note, it's time for elimination. -_-
In jeopardy....Hayes and Emma
No!!!!!!
Also in jeopardy....Tamar and Val
I'm okay with that!
Joining them in jeopardy.....Alexa and Mark
NOT AGAIN!!
Going home...Hayes and Emma.
WHAAAAAAAAAT???? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! NO NO NO!!!!
I'm so upset by that. He did not deserve to go home. He's done such a great job this season, and I can't figure out why on earth he was eliminated. Maybe because he went first last week? I don't know. I'm really upset though..
What did you think of tonight's episode?
Weekly Wrap-Up
Friday, October 23, 2015
Hello, lovely people! How has your week been? Mine has been busy, but it's been a good week. Lots of school, lots of rehearsal, but lots of fun. Isn't it crazy that October is almost over? The months seem to go by faster and faster lately.
Today is really a lovely day, weather-wise. The temperature is absolutely perfect, not cold or hot, and it's really cloudy. The leaves are changing and all of the trees are orange and yellow. I'm not a huge nature person, but I've got to admit, it's gorgeous out. We went on a walk with a friend today, and I took a ton of pictures. I also somehow ended up accidentally taking a couple of videos while my phone was in my pocket, one of which is just a three-second snippet where you can hear me say, "I am literally obsessed with the Sound of Music," before it cuts off again. Haha, if one video sums up my existence, it would have to be that.
I spent three hours doing the Charleston yesterday, and I'm definitely feeling it today. I'm so sore! If anyone ever says that dance isn't a workout, please send them to me. I'd love to bring them to one of my rehearsals... DANCE IS A SPORT, GUYS!!!
I'm trying to think if I have any other interesting snippets to share with you all, but I'm coming up a bit blank. My life isn't all that interesting, I suppose. I'm going to a murder mystery party tonight though, so I'm excited for that! Those are the best. : )
Made Me Smile:
MY BRACES ARE OFFICIALLY OFF!!!!!!!!! That's right guys, I'm officially free of my metal teeth-cages. FIVE YEARS LATER. Agh I'm so happy about this!! I don't think that I stopped smiling/jumping up and down all day. My family kept commenting that I'm never that hyper! I went to get my flu shot that day too, and I was still in an ecstatic mood. It's kind of hilarious when not even needles can dampen my happiness.
My friend gave me this ring that wraps around your finger and looks like a cat, and it's literally the best thing in the entire world. No kidding. It's perfect.
Playing games with friends outside in the pitch-black darkness.
Taking the craziest selfies ever with some of the craziest, best people ever.
Re-reading Harry Potter.
Long walks around the lake.
Ugh:
Is it seriously almost Halloween? That is absolutely insane I swear October has flown by.
I've been crazy busy lately and school is kind of drowning me. I WILL GET AHEAD AGAIN, I SWEAR.
I'm really frustrated because I feel like I'm not blogging enough and I really need to get better about that. I've been posting twice a week but I really want to post more than that. I'll work on it!!!
Cold weather. It seems like I'm cold constantly, which isn't exactly my favorite thing.
Loving:
The Bonnie and Clyde soundtrack. I'm literally obsessed with it oh my gosh.
Hand-lettering. I hadn't done it in much for a couple of weeks but I've been working on it again, and I really love it.
LOOK AT THESE DOUGHNUTS! I really talk about doughnuts too much...
My army green jacket from T.J. Maxx. It's super cute and it's also really warm, so it's kind of perfect.
Pinning:
I seriously love these watches so much, they're so cool!
Anastasia and Dimitri are one of my favorite fictional couples gah I love them so much.
This outfit is impeccable..
This little bird is adorable!
I will forever love ballet..
I actually lettered this the other day and it didn't turn out half bad, I was happy.
How was your week?
Dancing With The Stars- Week 6!!
Tuesday, October 20, 2015
It's famous dances night!
OH MY GOSH THE OPENING NUMBER WAS SO COOL!!! I've been really loving the opening numbers this season.
Leah Rimini is filling in for Erin this week. I'll miss Erin. : ( Leah's good at co-hosting though, so I'm glad that it's her.
(none of these photos are mine)
Hayes and Emma- Hayes and Emma are going to be dancing from Grease! Oh my gosh, Hayes didn't know what Grease was! That is a sin. The fact that Olivia Newton-John is judging has to add even more pressure. Should be interesting!!
First off, Emma is SUCH an adorable Sandy! I love it. I seriously loved that number!! It was perfect! The choreography was great, and there were several tricks in there that were absolutely fabulous. It was so much fun to watch! 32/40
Andy and Allison- Andy and Allison are performing Good Morning from Singin' In The Rain. This song gets stuck in my head allllllll the time oh my gosh. They definitely have big shoes to fill. Andy and Allison had the opportunity to go to Patricia Kelly's house, Gene Kelly's widow. That had to be so cool. I remember when she came and visited Bethany and Derek. Can't wait to see this!
The costumes and scenery for this dance were perfect, they looked exactly like the movie! And the choreography was impeccable! I loved the stair choreography, and the entire thing was just so much fun. Major props to Allison! She took a very iconic piece and it was incredible. Oh my goodness, Olivia actually danced with Gene Kelly! She said, "And I'd be happy to dance with you anytime!" 40/40. - WOW! I wasn't expecting a ten from that.
I loved the Busby Berkeley piece that the troupe did!
Alexa and Mark- Alexa and Mark are doing have Britney Spears's Slave for You dance. Oh my gosh, Alexa has to have a giant snake. That is possibly the most terrifying thing ever. I would probably have a panic attack.
Wow, that was super cool! She was fierce! The choreography was great, and Alexa is SUCH a good dancer. Also, she gets major props just for doing that with the snake. She is braver than I could ever be! I was really disappointed with Carrie Ann's comment. She said that Alexa lacked the fierceness and sensuality that Britney had, and that some of her movements weren't the best. Julianne agreed with her. I'm very disappointed by that, I loved the dance so much! Bruno actually liked it- THANK YOU!!! I'm agreeing with a lot of Bruno's comments this season. Haha, I loved how Leah wouldn't get anywhere near the snake. Leah = Me. 30/40- That's seriously unfair....
Bindi and Derek- Bindi is doing Dirty Dancing this week. Oh my gosh, I am SO excited for this. I have been looking forward to it all week! I saw a photo of them practicing on Instagram and started freaking out. Favorite couple + insanely iconic dance = me losing my mind. I love how Bindi was super excited for this, and Derek was freaking out. He said this was the most scared he ever felt. Haha! I also love how they tried doing it in the water like they did in the movie.
"Nobody puts Bindi in the corner."
My love for Bindi Irwin is eternal. Oh my gosh. I LOVED THAT SO MUCH!! I had total chills at the beginning. It was so beautiful, and fun, and I loved the lift. Derek saying that he had never been so nervous in his entire life was hilarious. And Julianne was right- they had every little detail. As usual, Derek's choreography was perfect. I loved Carrie Ann's comment about how Bindi made her job easy. All she had to do was make one mark.
Leah- "Okay, you're going out there to do the lift, what did you feel? What were you thinking?"
Derek- "Fear."
40/40. THAT WAS JUST PERFECT AHHHH.
Oh my gosh, Len and Leah attempted the Dirty Dancing lift that was the best thing ever.
Paula and Louis- Paula and Louis are performing Madonna's infamous Vogue. Oh my gosh, Paula was upside down, I'm dying. This should be very interesting.
(First off, this is irrelevant to Paula, but when I saw Anna's face as they walked in, I absolutely lost it.) Oh my word, the only word that I can use to describe that dance is bizarre. The choreography was just really weird, although that's not at all Paula's fault. I wish Louis had just choreographed that differently. (I also want to point out that I seriously love Olivia Newton John. She's so sweet- she never says a single bad thing about anyone!) It wasn't her best dance, but she seemed to be having fun, so that made me happy. 24/30.
Carlos and Witney- Carlos and Witney are dancing to Pony from Magic Mike. I really like how hesitant Carlos was about doing this. He just came from talking about his faith and how that changed his life, and now he's expected to dance as a male stripper. I can't blame him for feeling uncomfortable with this.
He did a really good job with that!!! He nailed the number, and I think that he kept it within the theme without it being too raunchy. He had a lot of confidence, and I'm so happy with how that went. Alexa looked really ticked by the end of it with all of the judge's comments, and I really thought that they went a bit far with some of the things they said to him. He wasn't totally comfortable with it, and he had a good reason for feeling that way. 38/40.
Nick and Sharna- Nick and Sharna are dancing Saturday Night Fever. That's a hard thing to choreograph, because it's difficult to re-create that choreography while adding in samba, too. Let's see how this goes!
I'm impressed, Nick did a really good job on that dance. I personally think that was his strongest dance. And Sharna's twist into the split at the end was awesome. 39/40.
Major shout-out to the crew, they're amazing! They change the sets so quickly, it's phenomenal.
Alek and Lindsay- Alek and Lindsay are dancing Jailhouse Rock. I am SO excited for this, I adore Jailhouse Rock. Haha, oh my gosh, when he was going around in costume, that was so funny! I could not stop laughing.
I love Alek:) That was a really fun dance! It was fabulous, Alek did a great job as Elvis. I loved how Leah said, "When you smile, you light up the room!" 30/40
Tamar and Val- Tamar and Val are dancing to Rhythm Nation by Janet Jackson. Tamar missed the first two days of rehearsal because she was sick. She ended up coming in on Thursday, even though she was still sick. I think this had to be a really hard week for her, let's see how she does!
Now, I know that Tamar had a really rough week. But if you ask me, that wasn't very good. I felt like Tamar was really sloppy, and her movements weren't as sharp as they could have been. My dance teacher is always talking about how you have to have energy coming out of every limb, that it needs to be coming out of your fingertips. I didn't see that in Tamar, and I thought that her arms were a little weak. The judges gave her really good comments, but personally I was disappointed in it. 40/40- I really disagree with that..
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Now, for the elimination.

The first couple in jeopardy is.......Paula and Louis.

Joining them.......Alexa and Mark.

NO NO NO NO NO UGH. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

Alexa is crying oh my gosh this is depressing.

Going home......Paula and Louis.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ugh, I'm really sad about this. I loved watching Paula, so I'm going to miss her. She was so sweet though, she said she was really happy- "I get to see my grandbabies!!!" I'm glad that she's happy. I'll miss her though. : (
~~~~~~~~~~~~

What did you think of tonight's show?

Weekly Wrap-Up

Saturday, October 17, 2015

Hello, everyone! Gosh, writing these posts up makes me realize just how much of the week goes by in a blur! I keep having trouble remembering what happened over the past week. It's kind of sad, to be honest.

This past week has really been crazy. School, rehearsals, PSAT... It's insane. I have a ton of stuff to work on this weekend, which I can't quite say that I'm looking forward to. Not that I'm procrastinating that schoolwork by writing this or anything.

I'm going to try to fit some fun stuff in this weekend, too. I'd really rather not go insane with stress. Maybe I'll read some Harry Potter once I finish some of the work. Which Harry Potter book is your favorite??

Made Me Smile:

Finally getting the hang of really awesome choreography. It's the best feeling!!

Paula and Mark's dance on Dancing With The Stars last week. It was literally the best, funniest thing ever!

My local library has finally ordered a copy of Graceful by Wendy Mass! I seriously can't wait to finally get my hands on a copy!

I know that I'm constantly recommending Hallmark movies, but YOU NEED TO SEE THIS ONE!! It's called Love on the Air, and it's seriously SO cute. Oh my gosh. I'm obsessed.

Ugh:

PSAT. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I am SO glad that it's over! The math portion was pretty terrible. Although I've got to say that the PSAT jokes going around the internet now are kind of the funniest things ever. So much for "do not discuss the test"!

Mornings. They are not my friends.

I've somehow managed to do something to my ankle with all of the rehearsing lately. So that's fun.

It seems like I'm constantly stressing myself out about getting everything done. Need to work on chilling out a bit...

Loving:

Girl Meets World. Yes, I'm aware that this is a Disney channel show and I'm in high school. But I love Boy Meets World, and the tie-ins are amazing. There's a three-part episode going on this weekend that I'm both excited and terrified for. As I'm writing this, I haven't watched any of it yet, so it may not go under Loving for very long.. (Edit: I have officially watched Part 1. I need the next two parts!!)

Sleep. It doesn't exactly happen much...

Broadway soundtracks. I could literally listen to them 24/7.

Harassing my sister about reading Harry Potter. She still hasn't read it, AND SHE NEEDS TO!!! Am I right???

Pinning:

This is such a cute outfit!

"How 'bout a dance? Let's make a start. Music like this can really throw you. You'll lose the blues, and you may lose your heart. Tonight is the night I've been waiting for. Even the moon looks just right." - Bonnie and Clyde. I love this show so much!

This is such a cute outfit!

This is so funny yet so true...

She took the midnight train going anywhere...

Oh my gosh, I love this so much...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How was your week?
Dancing With The Stars- Week 5!!
Tuesday, October 13, 2015
It's Switch-Up Week!!!!
(None of the pics are mine)
That was a fabulous opening number! I loved how they showed all of the switch up pairings, it was really fun!!
Oh my gosh, I am SOO excited that Maks is judging!! He was one of my favorite pros, so I'm thrilled to have him back. He's so funny haha xD
I'm also super thrilled that Tom is back! I missed him.
Tamar and Louis- I think that Louis's really excited to have a partner who's able to be a bit more technical and advanced. He's definitely not holding back with her at all, the footwork in the package was incredibly difficult.
The dance itself was good, technically I thought that she did well and the speed was incredible. I think that again, she just can't connect very well. Granted, they've only had the week together, but I think that that is her one issue in general. Otherwise, she's pretty good.
Oh my gosh, Louis's package.. xD I was dying. "He made me say that!!!!" And that running split, wow, I'm impressed!
29/40
Hayes and Allison- Hahaha, aw, Allison's saying that she's his dance mom now, it's kind of adorable. I love Allison so much!
Gosh, this is visually beautiful. I love Allison's dress, and the set is incredible. The costume and set departments for this show are the best. That dance was absolutely gorgeous! I really liked it a lot. It was very sophisticated, but he had a great youthfulness at the same time. Maks and Bruno thought it was a little too jumpy, which I suppose has a bit of a point, but I liked it. 31/40- apparently Bruno turned in an 8 but held up a 7. Is it 31 or 30? Bruno's crazy ahaha. (Apparently it was a 7, so the score is 30.)
OH MY GOSH THE LIE DETECTOR TEST WAS LITERALLY THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD I WILL TRY TO FIND A YOUTUBE VIDEO TO INCLUDE HERE AHHHH.
^^Whoever made this, you are perfection.
Paula and Mark- Oh my gosh I have been so excited for this pairing all week!!! "Honeyyy you can't handle me!" "You're so edgy, you scare me!" "Turn me upside down like you do those other girls." I AM LITERALLY SO EXCITED FOR THIS OH MY GOSH I NEED TO INCLUDE A VIDEO OF THIS TOO.
I love Mark Ballas so much oh my gosh. The beginning of that dance was so perfect I can't even.
OH MY GOSH THAT WAS LITERALLY THE FUNNIEST THING ON EARTH. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN IT JUST WATCH THE VIDEO. CAN MARK PLEASE BE HER REGULAR PARTNER PLEASE I BEG YOU. (Sorry I love you Louis)
I literally love Mark and Paula together so much oh my gosh.
Mark brought the absolute best out of her I am so so so happy right now.
Bruno- "Mark what did you put in that milk? Did you spike it?"
26/40.
Alek and Emma- I'm really excited for this pairing! I love both Alek and Emma so much, and they seriously would be the cutest couple ever.
Hahaha, "Focusing while dancing this is a little difficult..I mean, who wouldn't be?" "I tried to play it cool, it lasted ten minutes. She's just too hot."
I want them together so badly oh my goodness.
OH MY GOSH THAT WAS INCREDIBLE OH MY GOSH. I literally cannot believe how amazing that was. They are so perfect together. "I think we just saw something happening on the dance floor. But I mean, it's okay to show you enjoyed it!!"
Maks- "If she's in front of you and you want your hands to go somewhere, let it happen!"
Erin- "Are you liking the switch up at this point?" Alek- "Y'know, yeah."
Erin- "Can we see a bit more? Y'know like a date?" Emma- "Yeah, sure!"
I WANT TO SEE A DATE HAPPEN PLEASE!!!!!
That needs to happen.
Oh my gosh- 29/40. That is not at all fair. They deserved nines. No bitterness here, none at all...
Bindi and Val- I'm really interested to see this! Bindi is one of my favorites, so I want this to go well .Val said that this is going to be the hardest cha-cha he's ever done on the show- wow!
Oh my gosh, Bindi brought a gigantic snake to meet Val. That is pretty terrifying, not gonna lie. That snake is huge!
Ahhh, that was such a cute dance! I loved it. : ) Bindi seriously has so much sass and flair, it's the best! I thought she brought out a really great side of Val, too. They're a good partnership.
Maks gave it tons of praise, which I know he's going to get a ton of flak for since it's his brother. He's right though, it was fabulous.
Yes Julianne, she totally is a ray of sunshine. I LOVE HER!!! ☀ ☀
That clip of the two of them was adorable : )
37/40- YAY MAKS GAVE THEM A TEN!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy! And she's so excited oh my gosh she's adorable:):):) Maks is going to get so many comments about that, but the great thing is that I honestly don't even think he cares. xD
Carlos and Lindsay- Hahaha, I love Carlos's bitterness over Witney being with Nick! Oh my gosh, Witney- "I get to dance with a Backstreet Boy! Suck it!" XD That's so great..
Their dance was really cute! The speed of it was crazy, and I thought that Carlos handled that very well. He has SO much energy, he and Lindsey were like firecrackers! I really loved Lindsay's choreography for that number, she did a fabulous job on it. The judges gave it tons of praise- I won't be surprised if they get tens for that.
OH MY GOSH!!!!! 39/40!!! That's the highest score of the season oh my goodness!!!!!!
OH MY GOSH MORE LIE DETECTOR TEST I'M DYINGGGG
Alexa and Derek- Last week was kind of hard on Alexa, because their scores were a little low, and Mark was warning her that she might go home. She was really excited this week though because she gets to dance with Derek!
Oh my gosh, first thought- this set is incredible. As are the costumes. I'm excited for this.
She killed it!!!! Oh my goodness, that dance was amazing! Derek's concept was awesome (as usual), and Alexa executed it fabulously! I loved it. Carrie Ann stood up and clapped for her- perhaps a ten there?
OH MY GOSH!!! SHE GOT THE FIRST FORTY OF THE SEASON!!! OH MY GOSH!!!!
Andy and Sharna- I feel like this could be a really great couple. I don't know, but I like them together. We'll see!!
Wow, I really liked that dance! That was definitely one of his best dances, and his timing was fabulous this week. It was very cool and slick, loved it! : ) 36/40- his highest score!!
Nick and Witney- Hahahaha, oh my gosh, "If there was one guy I didn't want to get, it was Nick." XD From the clip it kind of looks like they don't have the best partnership, but those videos can totally warp things. Let's see how the dance goes!
Hmm, I've got mixed feelings for that dance. Parts of it I really liked, like Witney's spin at the beginning, but other parts of it I didn't love quite as much. The judges seemed pretty mixed on it as well. 35/40.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

There's no elimination this week, for which I'm extremely thankful. What did you think of the Switch-Up?

That was so sad at the end, when Tom was talking about how his dad loved the show and never missed an episode. His dad passed away today, which I was unaware of, I thought that he'd passed away earlier this week. : ( That's so sad!!!! We love you, Tom. <3

Weekly Wrap Up

Saturday, October 10, 2015

Whew, this has been a crazy week. It's kind of been a blur, to be honest. Between school stuff, theatre stuff, and everyday life, it's been pretty busy. As usual, I'm thrilled that it's Saturday! I have a few things that I have to get done this weekend, but it's not huge stuff, for which I'm very thankful.

Also, is it just me, or are stores selling holiday stuff earlier and earlier? Halloween has been in stores since August, and Hobby Lobby has had their Christmas stuff up since September! I'm sorry, that's absolute insanity. IT'S NOT TIME YET!!! That being said, I really want to start working on Christmas presents. I'm determined not to procrastinate this year!!

You know me though. I procrastinate basically everything in life. It's a problem.

Made Me Smile:

Bright, sunny days after dark, rainy ones.

Harry Potter t-shirts.

Insanely adorable Hallmark movies- oh my gosh go watch Wish List right. now. It is so adorable I can't handle it. I'm realizing that I sound like a paid advertiser for the Hallmark channel lately I swear I'm not...

My room is finally semi-clean. I'm so happy!

Cheap Harry Potter books! Oh my gosh they make me so excited.

Ugh:

Waking up at 8:30 for a 9:00 rehearsal. -_- Stupid alarm clock....

I cannot get this novel plot worked out and it is driving me insane.

Prepping for standardized testing. Anything involving math is just bad to begin with, let's be real here..

Loving:

NCIS. I'm on the first season, so NO SPOILERS!!!!!

Chocolate ice cream. Enough said.

Boy Meets World reruns.

These amazing chocolate chip-oatmeal-cake mix cookies. They are so fabulous oh my goodness.

^ Bindi Irwin's tribute to her father. I'm serious, if you haven't seen this yet, WATCH IT RIGHT NOW. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU'RE DOING IT CAN WAIT FIVE MINUTES JUST WATCH THIS DANCE.

Pinning:

I kind of had a ton of pins this week that I really liked, so this may be a bit longer than usual haha. Pinterest is my BFF, guys...
